Descrption

The operation of WORLD MIXER is based on the continuous adjustment of the speed ratio, by means of an inverter, between two high accuracy positive-displacement pumps. The use of pumps made of steel having a high chromium content, the tanks made of stainless steel, fully and easily removable even when containing the product, the level meters and the heating elements with no contact with the product, the licensed mixing head without any locking device, eliminate in WORLD MIXER all the cleaning and maintenance interventions at the end of the work and allow an easy and fast change of production at any time. With WORLD MIXER no compress air is required.The use of a digital microprocessor system for the process control, along with a clear and functional video interface for the operator, allows the monitoring in real time of all the system operational parameters.
