The advantages of our granulators are: Very strong cutting chamber and rotor (also and the frame), the machines is Coated with Zinc before painting relatively simple effective design, which is effective for maintenance of the machine. We have various designs available depending on the materials to be processed.

 We use SKF bearings and the knives are from X153CrMoV12 = D2 = 1.2379 steel (this is the most popular knives steel suitable for processing of plastic and rubber waste), the rubber belts for the drive are made in Germany, the motors are made in Italy or Germany, the heavy-duty machines are equipped with Hydraulic units suitable for opening of the screen area. 

There is a Preventive Damage Clutch between the shaft and the pulley for the rubber belts  This separates the rotor from the motor drive which helps prevent any damage if the machine was to become jammed from too large waste product or contaminates.

All knives (bed and fly) are adjustable. Hydraulic unit for removing of the hopper - Full protection at operation - Total stop before various accesses to the machine - Full automated control - Easy change of the screen - A jig where the rotor knives can be pre-set outside of the machine so that you can change them quickly without adjusting them in the machine -

Motors up to 160 kW / 1'500 rpm or 1'750 rpm / 3 phases / (60 Hz or 50 Hz) 480/460/440/400 V / IP54 or IP55 / Thermal Protection - The motor controls (Star-Delta) are manufactured with units from "Square D" - the US or "Telemechanique"- France.

We can supply the machine with Soft-Start unit for the motor (optional). Deposit only 40 % and the final payment 60 % will be when the machine is ready for the shipment.
